Terms of Use
Last updated 28 October 2026
1. Who we are
Mothe (“we”, “us”) is a morning companion for dreams, made in Georgia. These terms are an agreement between you and Mothe when you use the app at mothe.app. Questions: hello@mothe.app.
2. Who can use Mothe
You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
3. What Mothe is, and isn't
Mothe helps you remember and reflect on your dreams. Reflections and questions are written by AI from what you tell it. They are prompts for your own thinking, never a reading of what a dream “means”.
Mothe is not therapy, medical care, or a crisis service. It doesn't diagnose, treat or give professional advice. If you're in danger or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call your local emergency number (911, 999 or 112) or open Support in the app.
4. Your dreams are yours
You own everything you tell Mothe. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Mothe for you: to write your reflections, show your journey and patterns, and send the reminders you ask for. We never sell it and never use it to train AI. You can export or delete it at any time (You → Privacy).
5. Using Mothe fairly
Please don't use Mothe to break the law, to harm anyone, to tell other people's private stories without their consent, or to try to break, overload or copy the service. We may pause or close an account that does.
6. Free and paid
Telling dreams is free and always will be. During the beta nothing is paid. If we launch Mothe Plus, its price, any trial and how to cancel will be shown clearly before you pay, and nothing will be charged without your clear yes.
7. Changes and availability
Mothe is a beta: features may change and the service may sometimes be unavailable. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
8. Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your profile from You → Privacy. Deleted profiles are kept for 14 days in case you change your mind, then removed for good.
9. Responsibility
We work hard to keep Mothe safe and running, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on a reflection. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without taking away the consumer protections of the country where you live.
